6. Free AI-Readiness Snapshot

6.1 Nature of the Free Snapshot

The Free AI-Readiness Snapshot is an automated assessment tool intended to provide a limited, preliminary indication of selected technical, website and machine-readability signals.

The Snapshot applies FlareFalcon's proprietary assessment methodology to information that is publicly accessible, technically retrievable or supplied as part of the request.

The methodology may include proprietary rules, weightings, classifications, thresholds, calculations and interpretations developed by FlareFalcon. These may be changed, refined, expanded or replaced at any time.

The Snapshot is not a certification, accreditation, guarantee, professional opinion, security audit, legal review, accessibility audit, full technical audit or independent verification of the assessed website.

6.2 Automated Processing

The Free Snapshot may be generated wholly or partly through automated systems.

The system may inspect factors such as:

  • Homepage availability
  • Performance and page-quality signals
  • Crawlability and rendering
  • robots.txt and sitemap availability
  • Structured data
  • Machine-readable website resources
  • Contact and business information
  • Technical and AI-readiness indicators

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Free Snapshot results have not been manually reviewed by FlareFalcon.

6.3 Proprietary Score

Any score shown in the Free Snapshot is a proprietary FlareFalcon readiness indicator produced using our own assessment methodology.

The score is intended to organise and communicate selected findings in a consistent way. It is not an industry-standard rating and should not be interpreted as an objective or universally accepted measurement of AI visibility, website quality or business performance.

A score does not directly measure or establish:

  • Whether an organisation is cited by an AI platform
  • Whether an organisation ranks in search results
  • Whether an organisation will be recommended by an AI assistant
  • The accuracy of every statement published on a website
  • The quality, legitimacy or reputation of a business
  • Website security or the absence of vulnerabilities
  • Compliance with any law, regulation, standard or platform policy
  • Commercial performance, revenue, leads, conversions or market share
  • Superiority or inferiority to a competitor

6.4 Limitations of the Snapshot

The Free Snapshot is deliberately limited in scope and may assess only a homepage, selected files, selected signals or a limited portion of a website.

It may not inspect every page, feature, user journey, subdomain, integration, script, login area, application, database, external profile or third-party source.

Results may be affected by:

  • Temporary website availability
  • Server errors, timeouts or rate limits
  • Bot protection, firewalls or crawler restrictions
  • Geographic or device-specific content
  • JavaScript rendering
  • Cached or delayed information
  • Third-party services
  • Incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible website data
  • Changes made after the assessment
  • Differences between automated tools and live AI platforms

The Snapshot may contain false positives, false negatives, incomplete findings, outdated information or technical errors.

6.5 No Guarantee of AI Visibility

FlareFalcon does not control OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity or any other search engine, AI platform, assistant, publisher or third-party system.

We do not guarantee that any organisation will be discovered, indexed, retrieved, cited, ranked, described accurately or recommended by any AI or search platform.

Improving a Snapshot score does not guarantee any particular outcome on an independent platform.

6.6 No Professional or Legal Advice

The Free Snapshot and its results are provided for general informational purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, accessibility, investment or other regulated professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making material legal, technical, financial or commercial decisions based on a report.

6.7 No Reliance

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, relevance and suitability of each finding before acting on it.

You must not rely solely on the Free Snapshot when making significant business, purchasing, investment, security, compliance or technical decisions.

Any action taken in response to a Free Snapshot is taken at your own discretion and risk.

6.8 Availability and Eligibility

We may limit the number or frequency of Free Snapshot requests by person, organisation, website, domain, device, network, Internet Protocol address or other identifier.

We may refuse, delay, cancel or decline to deliver a Snapshot without giving a reason.

We do not guarantee that the Free Snapshot will always be available, complete, compatible with a particular website or delivered within a particular period.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Free Snapshot at any time.

6.9 Submitted Websites

By submitting a website, you confirm that:

  • The website is publicly accessible or you are authorised to provide access to it
  • You own, manage or are authorised to assess the website, or otherwise have a legitimate lawful reason to request the assessment
  • Your submission does not breach confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property or contractual obligations
  • The website and submitted URL do not contain malicious material intended to harm or interfere with our systems
  • The request is not being made for an abusive, deceptive or unlawful purpose

You are responsible for any website, URL, parameter, file, instruction or information you submit.

6.10 Publicly Available Information

To produce the Snapshot, we may access and process publicly available website information, technical resources and related public signals.

This may include content, metadata, structured data, performance information, DNS information, sitemaps, crawler directives and machine-readable files.

6.11 Report Delivery and Communications

We may send the requested Snapshot, related service information and essential communications to the email address supplied with the request.

Submitting a Snapshot request does not automatically enrol you in unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is legally required.

7. Security and Responsible Disclosure

You must not conduct security testing against FlareFalcon without our express prior written authorisation.

If you believe you have identified a genuine security vulnerability, you should report it privately to [email protected].

Your report should include sufficient detail for us to reproduce and investigate the issue.

You must not:

  • Access, alter, delete, copy or disclose data that does not belong to you
  • Exploit a vulnerability beyond the minimum necessary to demonstrate it
  • Disrupt the website or its users
  • Demand payment, threaten disclosure or engage in extortion
  • Publish details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue
  • Use automated vulnerability scanners without written permission

Submitting a vulnerability report does not create any entitlement to payment, reward, recognition or immunity.

8. Monitoring, Enforcement and Suspension

We may monitor use of the website and services to maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms and protect our legitimate interests.

We may collect and retain relevant technical records, including request times, submitted URLs, network information, device information, usage patterns, errors and security events, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, we may:

  • Block or restrict access
  • Apply rate limits
  • Cancel pending Snapshot requests
  • Withhold reports or services
  • Suspend or terminate an account or commercial relationship
  • Preserve relevant records
  • Contact the affected website owner, hosting provider or service provider
  • Report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities
  • Take legal action

We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

9. Paid Services

Descriptions, prices and inclusions displayed on the website are general information and may be changed before an order is accepted.

A request, enquiry, checkout submission or payment does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order.

A binding agreement for paid services is formed when we expressly accept the order, begin the agreed work or issue written confirmation, depending on the applicable purchasing process.

The scope, fees, timetable, deliverables, revisions and responsibilities for paid services may be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate instructions
  • Providing required access, materials, approvals and feedback
  • Ensuring that supplied content and materials may lawfully be used
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables
  • Maintaining appropriate website backups
  • Paying invoices by their due dates

Delays caused by missing access, information, content, approvals or client dependencies may extend delivery dates.

10. Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices will be displayed or quoted in the currency stated at the point of purchase or in the applicable proposal.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, government charges, third-party fees, advertising spend, media costs, software subscriptions, hosting fees and other external expenses.

You must pay all applicable amounts in accordance with the stated payment terms.

Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, authentication requirements and fraud controls.

We may suspend work, access or deliverables where an amount is overdue.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the nature of the service, the stage of delivery, the applicable proposal and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work, planning, research, setup or resource allocation has begun
  • Third-party fees and committed external costs are non-refundable
  • Recurring services remain payable until cancelled in accordance with the applicable notice period
  • Free Snapshot requests may be cancelled, withheld or discontinued without compensation

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its underlying materials are owned by or licensed to FlareFalcon.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Branding, names and logos
  • Website text, graphics and design
  • Reports and report layouts
  • Audit frameworks
  • Assessment methodologies
  • Scoring systems, rules and weightings
  • Software, scripts, code and integrations
  • Prompts, workflows and automation processes
  • Databases, compilations and documentation
  • Training, research and explanatory materials

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FlareFalcon intellectual property to you.

You may retain and internally use a report supplied specifically to you, subject to these Terms and any separate agreement.

You must not remove notices, misrepresent a report's source, alter a report deceptively or present FlareFalcon's methodology as your own.

13. Your Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of content and materials that you submit to us.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, access, reproduce, process and analyse submitted content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the requested service
  • Generate and deliver reports
  • Operate and secure our systems
  • Investigate errors and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Improve our services using aggregated or anonymised information

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to provide any content, credentials, website access or materials supplied to us.

14. Confidentiality

Where confidential information is disclosed in connection with paid services, each party should use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for the relevant business relationship.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly available without breach of an obligation
  • Was already lawfully known to the receiving party
  • Is received lawfully from another source
  • Is independently developed without use of the confidential information
  • Must be disclosed by law or a competent authority

A separate confidentiality agreement may apply to specific services.

15. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The website and our services may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI systems, payment providers, software services and external websites.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their:

  • Availability
  • Accuracy
  • Security
  • Policies
  • Changes
  • Generated outputs
  • Ranking or citation decisions
  • Acts or omissions

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

References to third-party brands or platforms do not imply endorsement, affiliation, certification or partnership.

16. Website Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free access.

We may change, update, restrict, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or service for maintenance, security, commercial, technical or legal reasons.

We are not liable merely because the website, Free Snapshot or another service is unavailable or changed.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, Free Snapshot and free content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • A report will identify every issue
  • A website is secure or legally compliant
  • Any recommendation will produce a particular outcome
  • AI or search platforms will discover, cite, rank or recommend a business
  • Third-party services will remain available or unchanged

Website information and service descriptions are general in nature and may not address your specific circumstances.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that restriction, FlareFalcon will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss
  • Loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings
  • Loss, corruption or unavailability of data

  • Loss arising from reliance on a Free Snapshot or automated score
  • Loss arising from changes made to a website based on a report
  • Loss caused by a third-party platform, provider or service

The Free Snapshot is provided without charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or connected with a Free Snapshot will not exceed AED 100.

For paid services, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, our aggregate liability arising from the relevant service will not exceed the amount actually paid to FlareFalcon for that specific service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Multiple claims arising from the same or related circumstances will be treated as a single claim for the purpose of the liability limit.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold FlareFalcon, its owner, personnel, contractors and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
